Flowserve Corporation
The user experience of the IPS Insight was terrible. The UI was not responsive the consistency of design, fonts, colors were not to brand standards. Since the release of RedRaven we wanted to have a clean UI to represent the RedRaven branding.
Task
Work with RedRaven Engineers to understand the original system
Listen to customers and the issues they were having with the UI
Solve the challenges of the customer through clean and proper iterative design
Design the first pass of the app to get budget approval for major design
Provide creative direction with Flowserve App Vendor.
